Our Policy
Every watch is sold as is, with no returns or exchanges, except for the battery coverage below. Before a watch leaves us, we inspect and test it to make sure it runs and keeps accurate time. Because these watches are vintage or pre owned, expect signs of wear and cosmetic imperfections consistent with their age; these are not defects. The photos show the actual watch and are part of the description.

Battery warranty: Quartz watches come with a 30 day warranty on the battery. If the battery fails within 30 days, we'll replace it at no charge. This covers the battery only, not the movement. If we replace the battery and the problem turns out to be the movement itself, that isn't covered.

We won't leave you hanging: If a watch isn't running properly a few days after you take it home, bring it back or contact us right away. We always work with our customers to find a solution, and our reputation matters to us.

Vintage watches should not be considered water resistant, regardless of any original rating. Mechanical watches keep time within a normal range and benefit from regular servicing, and some parts may have been replaced during past service.
