Shipping Policy

Every watch is inspected and tested before it leaves us to make sure it's in full working order as described. Because of this, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to ship. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground, and we choose the service for each order based on the watch and your location, so it arrives safely.

Every watch is carefully packed and [fully insured] while in transit. [Orders over $X require a signature on delivery.]

[Local pickup: You're welcome to pick up your order at our store during business hours, Monday through Saturday, 10am to 5pm.]
