Our Policy

All sales are final. Every watch is sold as is, with no returns or exchanges for a change of mind, including fit, feel, or appearance. The only exceptions are our 30 day warranty and our authenticity guarantee below.

Condition. Before a watch leaves us, we inspect and test it to make sure it runs and functions properly. Every watch is checked, cleaned or serviced as needed, and ready to wear when it reaches you. Because these watches are vintage or pre owned, expect signs of wear and cosmetic imperfections consistent with their age; these are not defects. The photos show the actual watch and are part of the description.

Authenticity guaranteed. Every watch we sell is genuine. We inspect each one before it's listed, and we describe any parts we know are not original, like a replaced crystal or crown. Straps and bracelets are treated as accessories and are not covered by this guarantee unless the listing describes them as original.

If a watch you bought from us is ever proven not to be authentic, return it for a full refund, including shipping. This guarantee has no time limit and applies to the original purchaser. To make a claim, send us a written report from a professional watchmaker or the brand's service center describing what is not genuine. The watch must be returned to us in the same condition it was sold, and we'll inspect it and match it to our records, including our photos and any serial or movement numbers we recorded. If we disagree with the report, the brand's service center will make the final determination. If the watch is found to be authentic, the buyer covers the cost of that evaluation.

Having an independent watchmaker open the watch to verify authenticity does not affect this guarantee.

30 day warranty. Every watch is covered for 30 days from the day you receive it.

Quartz batteries: if the battery fails within 30 days, we'll replace it at no charge.

Movements: if your watch stops working properly within 30 days under normal wear, we'll make it right with a repair, an exchange for a watch of equal value, or a refund. We'll choose the option that best fits the watch.

Straps: if the stitching, adhesive, or keeper on the strap that came with your watch fails within 30 days, we'll send you a replacement strap at no charge. No need to send the watch back.

All warranty claims must be inspected and verified by us before any repair, exchange, or refund is offered. Exchanges and refunds are only given for a verified issue with the watch. For strap claims, a photo of the issue is enough.

The warranty doesn't cover water damage, drops or impact, crystals, or normal wear, including strap wear from daily use. It's void if the watch has been opened or serviced by anyone other than us, except for an authenticity check as described above.

Shipping for warranty claims. We'll provide a prepaid label to send your watch to us. Return shipping of the repaired or exchanged watch is charged at our standard rate.

We won't leave you hanging. If something isn't right, bring the watch back or email joeyfoundit@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Even after 30 days, we'll always help point you in the right direction. Our reputation matters to us.

Care. Vintage watches should not be considered water resistant, regardless of any original rating. Mechanical watches naturally vary in timekeeping and benefit from regular servicing. When we know a watch's service history, we note it in the listing.

Independence. JoeyFoundIt is an independent seller and is not affiliated with or authorized by Omega, Seiko, or any other brand we carry.

Shipping Policy

Every watch is inspected and tested before it leaves us to make sure it's in full working order as described.

We ship once a week, every Tuesday. Orders placed by Monday at noon Central ship that Tuesday. Orders placed after that ship the following Tuesday. This includes our Sunday Sunrise drops, which go live every Sunday at 8am Central.

All orders ship by USPS Priority Mail, and you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your watch is on its way.

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Every watch is carefully packed and fully insured while in transit. Orders over $500 require a signature on delivery.
